My managers

In arbys I am the lowest of the low in the managers eyes. I have been working there for about year and half and they still see me as incompetent to do my job. When I started I was making like 6 bucks an hour well yipee its now up to about 6.55 my pay goes up only because they state regulated laws for minimum wage it goes up to 7.25 couple days before my B day can't wait for that. The thing I hate most about the managers of my Arbys is that they are ok and cool crew but once they become managers they think that they can do anything and not help at all. We got killed last night at my store and the manager was no where no be found. The other closer with me last night made probably about 200 sandwhiches and the manager I don't know probably made about 1 or 2. When I get a rush in drive thru there is no way for me to drop the fries or mozz or etc... so i needed the manager to help me and guess where she was in the back doing whatever she felt like doing. It got busy and I tried to handle it best I could but 1 man can only do so much. These people were waiting on chicken since no one dropped it they were waiting about 5 min so I had them pull forward when I ran it out to them they were very angry about the service and said they would never come back again. The other managers are alright because they never really changed from crew to manager just got a bigger check so they still care about the crew members and the customers but the one last night and her protege are just too much if I could start a petition to have them fired I would in a heartbeat.

Closing

As most of you know arbys is a fast food restaurant and we close at 1030 where i live well last night when I was closing and about to leave a person came in drive thru well we can't answer that cause were closed so we let it go. Then the person drove away then saw us and came back. Well this time they didn’t come alone this time they brought a friend with them, they sat in drive thru for about 5 minutes realized that no one was coming and then drove around again. By this time all of us were standing in the door way of Arbys but could not leave until the people did. When they drove around the drive thru again we all just smiled and waved from the entrance way of Arby’s this must of really pissed them off since it seemed like they were talking to each other on the phone but they were in separate cars, gas is up to like 230 a gallon I don’t even know why if they were talking to each other why they would no take one car. Both of the cars were pieces of crap too. Another thing about cars today I was on my break which you have to take if you work more than 5 hours and I was looking through our local auto trader book and found some cars that I liked and thought were pretty cheap. Then I saw that it was only about 30 miles away from where I lived. The funniest thing was that the dealerships name and I kid you not was el mexicano auto I found that hilarious. We got crushed all night people coming in whenever they felt like it me and my other closer were bout to walk out but I’m glad we didn’t cause we would of missed the idiots that didn’t know what the locked doors and no lights means.
